Description

Schedule and lead client calls to gather and document project requirements.
Manage and organize project files in Google Drive and Dropbox to keep documents accessible and current.
Create and maintain Asana tickets based on client requirements for the design team.
Partner with designers and clients to keep creative workflows moving from kickoff through completion.
Monitor project timelines and milestones to ensure deliverables are completed on time and to quality standards.
Translate client needs into clear, actionable tasks for internal teams.
Manage multiple client projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and expectation management.

Requirements

Extensive experience working with creative teams, especially designers, in a project management role.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to translate client needs into detailed tasks.
Experience using Asana, Google Drive, Dropbox, and other project management platforms.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to client management.
Comfort managing multiple client projects at the same time.
At least 50 Mbps stable internet connection.
Back-up internet connection.
At least 8 GB RAM and a Core i5 or higher processor.
Perfectly working webcam, microphone, and audio.
Organized workstation.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including designers and project managers.
Commitment to personal and professional growth and staying updated on industry trends.
