Description

  • Manage end-to-end purchasing across spend categories, from requisition intake through purchase order issuance in Zip/Coupa.
  • Review purchase requests for completeness, budget availability, and policy compliance.
  • Issue and track purchase orders, following up with suppliers on delivery, pricing, and service levels.
  • Support RFQ/RFP processes, bid comparisons, supplier selection documentation, negotiations, and renewals.
  • Help design procurement policies, approval matrices, and procedures aligned with IPO and audit requirements.
  • Enforce segregation of duties between procurement and payment in partnership with Accounts Payable and Finance.
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation for purchases, vendors, contracts, quotes, approvals, and POs.
  • Manage supplier onboarding, due diligence, tax validation, conflict-of-interest checks, and vendor master data.
  • Analyze global spend using AI, report procurement KPIs, identify savings and compliance gaps, and support budget tracking.
  • Improve Coupa and Zip workflows, document processes, and train internal requesters across regions and time zones.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or a related procure-to-pay function.
  • Hands-on experience with Coupa and Zip or other modern procurement and accounts-payable tools.
  • Knowledge of corporate procurement policies, internal controls, approval workflows, and segregation-of-duties principles.
  • Understanding of the end-to-end procure-to-pay cycle.
  • Professional written and spoken English fluency for supporting global teams and suppliers.
  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, influencing, and constructive communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail, compliance, and integrity in a remote, cross-time-zone environment.
  • Experience in a high-growth technology, SaaS, or AI company (preferred).
  • Exposure to SOX, IPO readiness, or audit-ready environments (preferred).
  • Familiarity with international supplier onboarding and tax documentation, including W-8/W-9, VAT, and Mexican CFDI/SAT requirements; a related bachelor's degree is preferred.
