Description

  • Set up and configure GeniusIQ software for live games.
  • Verify tracking of dead balls, stoppage time, and other game events.
  • Identify and confirm teams, lineups, and players.
  • Monitor live play and report issues to a mentor.
  • Complete marking tasks to improve system accuracy.
  • Lead groups of Operators during one to two football games per task.
  • Train newly signed Operators.

Requirements

  • Provide a personal laptop or computer with at least 512GB storage and a reliable internet connection of at least 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
  • Be available for approximately 40–80 task hours per month, primarily during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Have general computer literacy, including Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Have football knowledge; knowledge of additional sports is preferred.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and focus in loud or distracting environments.
  • Be highly punctual for tasks scheduled near game start times.
  • Communicate effectively under pressure with mentors and Operators.
  • Make time-sensitive decisions and collaborate with remote colleagues during live events.
