Description

  • Conduct outbound prospecting within a defined region to identify key decision-makers and initiate the sales cycle.
  • Generate new sales opportunities and schedule appointments for the enterprise sales team.
  • Follow up on inbound marketing leads and nurture them into qualified sales opportunities.
  • Engage prospects by phone, email, video, and in person to create a strong first impression.
  • Assess prospect and account needs and tailor outreach to each organization’s specific challenges.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing team members on strategic outreach and sales approach.
  • Maintain accurate activity, lead qualification, and pipeline information in the CRM system.
  • Ensure consistent follow-through through the early stages of the sales cycle.
  • Build relationships with federal agency prospects and align Saviynt’s value proposition to their IGA and infrastructure needs.

Requirements

  • Must be located in the Eastern Time Zone in the United States, with eligible states including NY, NJ, MA, PA, VA, NC, GA, FL, and others as approved.
  • At least 1 year of prospecting experience in Enterprise SaaS companies.
  • Understanding of federal agency software procurement processes and how they operate.
  • Ability to learn and maintain knowledge of the IGA market and Saviynt’s solutions.
  • Strong phone presence and confidence engaging new prospects over the phone.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Self-driven, determined, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Well-developed interpersonal, decision-making, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Experience using Salesforce is required.
  • Previous experience with sales enablement or sales engagement tools is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $65,000 to $70,000 annually, plus commission.
  • Estimated on-target earnings of $105,000.
