Description

  • Serve as the primary technical authority for assigned clients and provide strategic guidance throughout their Saviynt journey.
  • Lead the technical definition, scoping, and design of complex identity security solutions.
  • Prepare and contribute to RFP responses, professional services estimates, project plans, ROMs, and SOWs.
  • Own the technical execution of SOWs and oversee delivery of professional services engagements.
  • Troubleshoot project issues and act as the main escalation point for technical challenges.
  • Conduct regular technical reviews with customers to identify issues, optimize environments, and drive value realization.
  • Monitor support requests and client environments to identify recurring patterns and recommend product or process improvements.
  • Partner with account teams to identify up-sell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver technical demonstrations and training sessions for clients.
  • Collaborate with Customer Professional Services, Engineering, and Product Management to relay client feedback and support product improvements.

Requirements

  • 10–15 years of experience delivering enterprise Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and/or Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
  • 10+ years of experience leading scoping, planning, and delivery of large-scale identity security projects.
  • Strong client-facing experience with the ability to build trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent, technically complex projects while balancing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Deep knowledge of project planning, resource management, scope definition, schedule management, status reporting, and technical documentation.
  • Experience with XML, SPML/SOAP, web and application servers, and HTML.
  • Experience with Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, and MySQL.
  • Experience with LDAP, Active Directory, and Azure AD.
  • Experience with SAP, PeopleSoft, and programming languages such as Java, .NET, or C++.
  • Must have substantial IGA experience and experience working with SaaS security platforms; experience with SailPoint, Okta, Oracle OIM, or Saviynt is required.
  • Experience with REST, LDAP, and database connectors; PAM knowledge, security frameworks such as Zero Trust, NIST, and ISO27001, and products like Pathlock, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or Delinea are preferred.
  • Experience responding to service RFPs, scoping projects, estimating work, and producing service contracts/SOWs.
  • Experience managing stakeholders, including leading Program Boards and interacting with senior management.
