Description

  • Work on a new Rust project focused on high-performance distributed data processing.
  • Create new features and improve the robustness, performance, and resilience of the existing Rust codebase.
  • Design and implement robust code and optimisation algorithms to solve complex business problems.
  • Collaborate with internal project owners and customers to design and develop services that meet their needs.
  • Build and manage scalable cloud software solutions with full IaC in a GCP container environment.
  • Ship working Rust software regularly and help shape AI-centric products.
  • Work with technologies in the machine learning, optimisation, and AI spaces.

Requirements

  • Proven commercial experience developing with Rust.
  • Experienced software developer with strong low-latency data handling and data transformation skills.
  • Solid understanding of distributed systems, scaling, and resilience.
  • Experience building and managing containerised solutions on a major cloud platform such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Self-starter mentality with exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with TDD, BDD, microservices, distributed systems, event-driven systems, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
  • Terraform, Kustomize, Argo CD, Python, or Golang experience is preferred.
  • Permanent role with preferred start date ASAP in Lithuania.
