Description

  • Generate leads through LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Work company-provided leads professionally and consistently.
  • Counsel candidates on SAP training and career pathways.
  • Conduct sales calls, presentations, and follow-ups.
  • Convert qualified prospects into paid enrollments.
  • Maintain accurate lead and conversion tracking.
  • Build referral and candidate networks.
  • Meet monthly enrollment and revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Experience in EdTech, education sales, training sales, recruitment, or counseling.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Comfort speaking with North American prospects.
  • Demonstrated follow-up and closing ability.
  • Ability to generate leads independently.
  • Target-driven and commercially focused approach.
  • SAP or IT training knowledge is an advantage.
