Description

Lead strategic dialogues with C-level stakeholders to frame business challenges and define transformation ambitions across the banking value chain.
Shape the strategic value narrative of SAP Fioneer solutions across core banking, payments, and cash management.
Identify strategic growth opportunities across the global client base and shape early-stage engagements to position SAP Fioneer for long-term impact.
Articulate outcome-oriented value propositions that position SAP Fioneer as a long-term strategic partner.
Translate industry developments into strategic guidance and advice for global clients.
Drive high-stakes presales engagements by shaping solution visions, building strategic business cases, and creating differentiating narratives.
Lead competitive pursuits and shape the strategic angle of global RFPs and executive briefings.
Engage across global time zones and travel selectively for high-impact client engagements.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in banking strategy, digital transformation, or solution advisory, ideally from a top-tier consultancy, financial institution, or software provider.
Deep subject-matter expertise in core banking or payments, including banking operating models and regulatory context.
Proven track record in strategic presales, value advisory, or customer-facing product strategy roles.
Demonstrated ability to influence and engage C-level executives and articulate compelling value stories.
Experience shaping solution direction and developing strategic business cases.
Fluency in English; German language skills are an advantage.
Willingness to work across global time zones and travel selectively for client engagements.
