Description

  • Own the end-to-end onboarding experience for new enterprise clients from kickoff through successful launch.
  • Partner with Sales to support new business by explaining Privy’s capabilities and value to ecommerce prospects.
  • Guide clients through setup, integrations, and advanced use cases for Privy’s email and SMS marketing platform.
  • Run technical discovery sessions to gather requirements, explore solution options, and capture product insights.
  • Build and deliver proofs of concept for clients with more complex technical needs.
  • Support customers and partners with custom or advanced integrations.
  • Create technical resources such as guides, code snippets, and tutorials to help customers implement features and best practices.
  • Work with integration partners to ensure smooth, high-quality connections and a better customer experience.
  • Act as a problem solver to help brands identify new ways to drive revenue growth with Privy.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales engineering, solutions engineering, technical support, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of ecommerce, with Shopify ecosystem experience highly preferred.
  • Experience in customer-facing, revenue-driving roles.
  • Technical familiarity with frontend technologies including JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
  • Ability to build proof-of-concept integrations using APIs.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical ideas clearly in live conversations.
  • Ability to present confidently to both executives and hands-on users.
  • Comfort working across go-to-market, product, and engineering teams.
  • Ability to work independently in ambiguity and solve complex or undocumented questions.
  • Experience working with enterprise-level customers is a plus.
