Description

  • Engage with North European insurance customers at the C-suite level as a trusted advisor.
  • Identify technical challenges and propose business value through the company’s portfolio.
  • Understand customer business drivers and secure buy-in across client organizations.
  • Co-create new products and solutions with internal business specialists.
  • Lead transformation projects in insurance-related areas.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements and challenges.
  • Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Apply deep industry knowledge to shape solution approaches and client engagements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience providing IT solutions to insurance companies for strategic and transformational initiatives.
  • Excellent Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Finance, Economics, Physics, or Mathematics.
  • MBA or PhD is a plus.
  • Deep expertise in core insurance software.
  • Extensive network with C-suite executives in insurance companies across the UK and North European regions.
  • Strong business acumen combined with solution-selling skills.
  • Business fluent in English.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Experience working with insurance transformation projects is implied by the role's focus (preferred/required context).
