Description

  • Engage with clients early in the programme lifecycle to shape scope, align stakeholders, and establish delivery foundations.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of large-scale lending transformation programmes across Commercial Lending, Development Banking, Mortgage, and Asset Finance.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior and C-level client stakeholders as the primary point of accountability.
  • Develop client-specific solutions and translate business objectives into concrete delivery roadmaps.
  • Ensure programme delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality standard.
  • Build, develop, and lead high-performing delivery teams in complex environments.
  • Navigate complex EMEA regulatory and market environments and adapt delivery approaches accordingly.
  • Collaborate with product, architecture, and sales teams to ensure solutions are technically sound and commercially viable.
  • Identify, manage, and escalate delivery risks with clear mitigation proposals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering large-scale lending technology programmes in EMEA across Commercial Lending, Development Banking, Mortgage, or Asset Finance.
  • Strong end-to-end programme management experience from early scoping through go-live, with accountability for quality, scope, and budget.
  • Experience building and leading high-performing delivery teams in complex, cross-functional environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and align C-level stakeholders with strategic advisory and hands-on delivery ownership.
  • Solid understanding of lending architecture, system integration, and cloud-based platform design.
  • Familiarity with EMEA regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to lending.
  • Experience with core banking or lending platforms; SAP Fioneer solution knowledge is a strong asset.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset suited to a fast-moving, lean organisation where initiative and judgement matter.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the EMEA region.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
