Description

  • Support client projects in a real-life financial services environment from day one.
  • Help companies improve speed, scalability, and cost efficiency through digital business innovation and cloud-based solutions.
  • Work with the team to introduce innovative software solutions to customers.
  • Contribute to consulting services that help customer business models succeed.
  • Build deep knowledge of SAP Fioneer products and customer processes.
  • Engage with clients and participate in product development activities as part of the program.
  • Create value through hands-on project work while learning and developing into a productive team member.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Physics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics, Banking, or Finance.
  • Strong analytical skills, including quantitative reasoning and business judgment.
  • Ability to estimate work and think with structure and rigorous logic.
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to convince and influence others.
  • Ambition to create solutions and a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Interest in at least one banking or insurance domain area, such as retail banking, SME banking, transaction banking and payments/cards, retail lending, commercial banking, embedded finance, bank finance, credit risk management, insurance finance, P&C insurance, life insurance, sales & commission management, or insurance management.
  • Experience in consulting or product development is nice to have.
  • Ability to demonstrate your skillset through a demo is preferred.
