Description

  • Design usable web and mobile interfaces, including layout, navigation, and content-related elements.
  • Define and implement product vision and design strategy for user experiences.
  • Translate business requirements and user needs into high-fidelity prototypes and UI designs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business leaders, and stakeholders throughout the design process.
  • Create user stories, storyboards, prototypes, wireframes, and design documentation to a high standard.
  • Analyze data and user feedback to inform design decisions and improve the user experience.
  • Present design solutions to senior management, project teams, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Recommend UI, navigation, and functionality improvements for internal business partners and users.
  • Test UI designs during development to verify look and feel and serve as an informal functional tester.
  • Use technical knowledge to develop achievable and efficient design solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in UX design, website design, and content experience.
  • Proven experience designing successful products as both a visual designer and UX designer.
  • Advanced knowledge of user-centered design principles, visual design, user behavior, and interaction design.
  • Advanced knowledge of information architecture, prototype engineering, content, accessibility, and other UX disciplines.
  • Experience with design thinking and lean methodologies.
  • Experience with content management systems such as Contentful or Figma.
  • Experience working in an Agile framework with strategists, researchers, developers, project managers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Experience defining design strategies for program-wide initiatives, including resource planning and estimating work and timelines.
  • Experience with measurement planning using business, analytics, and UX metrics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team collaboration skills.
  • Must live and work in the United States and be fully authorized to work without visa sponsorship.
  • Corp-to-corp arrangements are not offered.
