Description

  • Design GenAI-enabled experiences across enterprise web products and contribute to reusable interaction patterns for AI-assisted collaboration.
  • Translate complex workflows into clear user journeys, prototypes, experiments, and shipped product improvements.
  • Plan and conduct discovery and evaluative research, including concept testing, usability testing, preference testing, and contextual workflow research.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative evidence to inform design decisions and iterate on solutions with Product.
  • Design experiences that build trust, transparency, and user control by clarifying what AI has generated and when human review is needed.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, InfoSec, and domain experts to define appropriate UX guardrails.
  • Contribute components, interaction patterns, and documentation to the global design system.
  • Support and mentor other designers by sharing product thinking, interaction design approaches, and AI UX practices.
  • Participate in an experimental, evidence-driven design culture focused on measurable product impact.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product design experience, with a focus on complex enterprise web applications.
  • 1+ year of experience in a senior product design role.
  • Experience designing end-to-end product experiences from discovery through delivery, with shipped work examples.
  • Familiarity with AI UX concepts and experience designing AI-enabled features beyond simple chat interfaces.
  • Ability to reason through trade-offs between helpfulness, safety, latency, accuracy, transparency, and user control.
  • Strong UI and interaction design skills for simplifying complex workflows without losing necessary depth.
  • Experience planning and running workshops, conducting user research, synthesizing insights, and influencing decisions with evidence.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Product, Engineering, and subject-matter experts.
  • Experience in regulated, high-trust, or complex enterprise domains is desirable.
  • A degree in design, psychology, business, statistics, human-computer interaction, or a related field, or equivalent experience is a plus.
