Description

  • Manage daily project and program activities across the full program life cycle.
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure on-time delivery, budget alignment, and business outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain program documentation, including charters, risk logs, trackability matrices, status reports, project plans, budget/forecast materials, and KPI dashboards.
  • Use Smartsheet and SharePoint to track work, provide updates, and produce advanced reporting.
  • Serve as the liaison between cross-functional teams such as product development, IT, engineering, operations, and data teams.
  • Integrate business policies and governance processes into project planning and execution.
  • Manage risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Track, analyze, and report program KPIs to measure impact and progress.
  • Monitor workflow across teams and support process improvements and operational efficiency.
  • Facilitate project meetings and lead discussions with stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of project and/or program management experience in telecommunications, broadband, cable, or fiber industries.
  • Experience with integrations, migrations, operations, or process optimization.
  • Strong experience building project documentation, KPIs, and analyzing processes for improvement opportunities.
  • Direct hands-on experience with Smartsheet, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge of Scrum, Agile, and product development.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and executive-level audiences.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to both manage teams and contribute individually.
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and communicate ideas clearly and succinctly.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business, Communications, Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • PMP certification is preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship or transfer.
  • Must be available to work EST hours; remote candidates in the United States are prioritized.
