Description

  • Lead project management activities, including planning, execution, dependency management, risk mitigation, and status reporting.
  • Provide strategic planning for projects and workflows, including leadership workshops, decision forums, and sponsor alignment.
  • Develop and execute change management strategies and plans, including stakeholder impact and readiness assessments.
  • Create and deliver communication materials, presentations, messaging, and end-user communications.
  • Develop training materials such as decks, job aids, guides, and digital or asynchronous learning content.
  • Drive hands-on implementation of project plans, change activities, communications, and training elements.
  • Ensure work aligns with milestones and measurable adoption outcomes.
  • Evaluate project phases and workflows and create solutions to support decision making.
  • Collaborate across cross-functional stakeholders to advance project and change objectives.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in project management with direct ownership of project delivery outcomes.
  • Strong project management consulting experience.
  • Prosci Certified Change Practitioner® or equivalent recognized change management certification required.
  • Experience in change management, communications, and training development.
  • Experience with Salesforce implementations, systems changes, and enhancements.
  • Experience using e-learning tools such as Storyboard, Rise, and/or Camtasia is helpful.
  • Strong written, verbal, and facilitation skills across executive and frontline audiences.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
  • Hands-on experience delivering large-scale enterprise initiatives, data management and governance programs, and industrial or environmental transformations.
  • Professional executive-level presence and ability to work on video for meetings, workshops, and training.
  • PMI or PMP certification is preferred.
  • Background in environmental or industrial services or a related field is helpful.
  • Must be authorized to work in the USA without visa sponsorship.
  • Must be able to work MST or CST time zones.
  • Remote, full-time consulting engagement for 6 months+
