Description

  • Define, document, and manage the end-to-end test strategy and delivery plan across multiple workstreams.
  • Execute and track test progress for a large, highly visible program.
  • Build and maintain test cases, test phases, and sign-off criteria for go-live readiness.
  • Validate data mapping, transformation logic, reconciliation reports, and data integrity across legacy and new platforms.
  • Lead system integration testing across APIs, middleware, and interfaces between HRIS, ERP, finance, and identity management systems.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, Security, external vendors, and other stakeholders to align on testing, dependencies, and governance.
  • Manage defect cycles, root-cause analysis, incident reporting, and resolution tracking using enterprise tools.
  • Support change and cutover readiness testing by simulating post-integration scenarios and validating business-unit readiness.
  • Design automated regression testing approaches to support ongoing releases and post-merger platform stabilization.
  • Prepare executive-level reporting on test progress, quality metrics, risks, mitigations, and status for senior leadership and governance teams.

Requirements

  • Experience in project or program management with responsibility for planning, defining, and documenting testing progress.
  • Strong experience with test strategy and detailed test plan creation in a large enterprise environment.
  • Experience with data testing, system integration, and support.
  • Knowledge of testing tools such as Jira Zephyr or similar tools.
  • Experience using Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet.
  • Strong proficiency in MS PowerPoint for executive-level communications and presentations.
  • Demonstrated ability to extract key requirements from conversations and independently investigate information to build a full understanding.
  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables in parallel with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Strong prioritization skills, flexibility to shifting business needs, and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a similar field.
  • Experience with test automation tools and implementation processes.
  • Must live and work in the United States, be willing to work CST hours, and be fully authorized to work without visa sponsorship.
  • Must be available throughout the initiative with no heavy or lengthy time-off requests this summer.
