Description

  • Support one or more client projects with mentorship and guidance from the Sand Cherry team.
  • Participate in learning and networking events, including lunch and learns, industry spotlights, and training sessions.
  • Develop technical and client service skills throughout the internship.
  • Build a cross-functional professional network through formal and informal interactions.
  • Take part in formal goal setting and ongoing evaluation during the internship.
  • Work with a mentorship team, including a counselor and onboarding advisor, to navigate the internship experience.
  • Engage in social activities and professional networking with Sand Cherry Associates employees.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented consulting environment.
  • Potentially return for a subsequent internship opportunity based on performance and other factors.

Requirements

  • Junior or senior standing at a four-year institution pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, or a STEM field.
  • MBA candidates will also be considered.
  • Preferred minimum GPA of 3.2 in any academic year.
  • Ability to balance strong academics with extracurricular activities.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to change and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Creativity, self-confidence, and leadership potential are expected.
  • Interns must be available to work from mid-May through early/mid-August.
