Description

  • Lead the SAP PM workstream on S/4HANA implementation, rollout, and conversion programs.
  • Own solution design decisions for end-to-end plant maintenance and asset management processes.
  • Ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery of PM scope across project phases.
  • Manage dependencies and risks across PM, EAM, and integrated SAP modules.
  • Act as the primary SAP PM trusted advisor for client stakeholders.
  • Lead executive-level discussions on maintenance strategy, asset reliability, and the S/4HANA roadmap.
  • Translate complex business challenges into scalable SAP S/4HANA PM solutions.
  • Drive fit-to-standard and process harmonization discussions using SAP best practices.
  • Provide strategic guidance to clients and mentor consulting teams.
  • Collaborate across functional business pillars and with multi-cultural delivery teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10+ years of S/4HANA consulting experience.
  • At least 1 full lifecycle implementation in SAP PM.
  • Proven experience in a client-facing consulting role.
  • Deep expert-level knowledge of SAP PM in S/4HANA.
  • Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management, maintenance planning, scheduling, execution, and regulatory/compliance maintenance.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA PM Fiori apps.
  • Solid understanding of integration with MM, WH, QM, FI/CO, and EWM.
  • SAP Certified in PM modules is an added bonus.
  • Working knowledge of Agile project delivery frameworks.
  • Experience working in global delivery environments and with offshore resources.
  • Professional-level English communication skills and a proactive attitude.
  • No travel limitations.
