Description

Lead the SAP PM workstream on S/4HANA implementation, rollout, and conversion programs.
Own solution design decisions for end-to-end plant maintenance and asset management processes.
Ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery of PM scope across project phases.
Manage dependencies and risks across PM, EAM, and integrated SAP modules.
Act as the primary SAP PM trusted advisor for client stakeholders.
Lead executive-level discussions on maintenance strategy, asset reliability, and the S/4HANA roadmap.
Translate complex business challenges into scalable SAP S/4HANA PM solutions.
Drive fit-to-standard and process harmonization discussions using SAP best practices.
Provide strategic guidance to clients and mentor consulting teams.
Collaborate across functional business pillars and with multi-cultural delivery teams.

Requirements

Minimum 10+ years of S/4HANA consulting experience.
At least 1 full lifecycle implementation in SAP PM.
Proven experience in a client-facing consulting role.
Deep expert-level knowledge of SAP PM in S/4HANA.
Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management, maintenance planning, scheduling, execution, and regulatory/compliance maintenance.
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA PM Fiori apps.
Solid understanding of integration with MM, WH, QM, FI/CO, and EWM.
SAP Certified in PM modules is an added bonus.
Working knowledge of Agile project delivery frameworks.
Experience working in global delivery environments and with offshore resources.
Professional-level English communication skills and a proactive attitude.
No travel limitations.
