Description

  • Lead small teams of consultants and analysts to develop strategies, capabilities, systems, and processes that deliver bottom-line results.
  • Serve as project manager and design solution strategies using the Theory of Constraints framework.
  • Perform detailed analysis of client data to inform recommendations and project direction.
  • Lead change management initiatives alongside client teams and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage client relationships, including account management and ongoing stakeholder communication throughout engagements.
  • Track project metrics and prepare updates and communications for client and internal leadership.
  • Develop practical recommendations and identify opportunities to improve engagement profitability.
  • Facilitate workshops with front-line employees and supervisors to support implementation.
  • Work directly alongside client teams to keep projects moving forward and drive adoption.
  • Coach, mentor, and support the development of consultants and analysts on the team.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in change management, consulting, project management, or a related field.
  • Ability to apply analytical tools, synthesize insights, and develop solutions using the Theory of Constraints framework.
  • Master’s degree, MBA, and/or background in Industrial Engineering.
  • Strong understanding of Theory of Constraints and/or change management principles, methodologies, and leading practices.
  • Previous experience with organizational change efforts.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally, including using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft tools.
  • Comfortable with significant client interaction and building relationships.
  • Strong interest in coaching or mentoring others.
  • Proven ability to frame projects and establish governance to move projects forward.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Ability to travel as needed, up to 80%.
  • Willingness to live in a major U.S. city due to the travel requirements.
  • Experience engaging internal resources, sponsoring line areas, and potentially external consultants or support teams (preferred).
