Description

  • Establish and lead an enterprise PMO from the ground up, including governance, operating model, methodologies, standards, tools, reporting, KPIs, and delivery processes.
  • Provide executive leadership across multiple enterprise transformation programs and align them with corporate strategy and business outcomes.
  • Develop portfolio governance structures such as steering committees, project intake, prioritization, stage gates, decision rights, and operating rhythms.
  • Lead process engineering and business process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency, governance, scalability, customer experience, and enterprise performance.
  • Drive cross-functional transformation efforts across O2C, ERP, finance, operations, customer service, procurement, supply chain, inventory management, and asset management.
  • Develop and execute organizational change management strategies, including communications, stakeholder engagement, readiness, training, adoption, and reinforcement.
  • Create executive dashboards, portfolio KPIs, financial reporting, and transformation health metrics.
  • Monitor budgets, schedules, scope, dependencies, risks, issues, and resource utilization, and drive mitigation actions.
  • Prepare executive presentations, Board materials, Steering Committee updates, and strategic communications.
  • Create and execute the PMO transition plan, including documentation, knowledge transfer, coaching, and readiness for client ownership.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive program management, portfolio management, and/or PMO leadership experience.
  • Proven success establishing and operationalizing enterprise PMOs from the ground up.
  • Demonstrated leadership of enterprise-wide transformation programs involving multiple business units, executive stakeholders, and technology initiatives.
  • Experience in an Integration Management Office, mergers and acquisitions, enterprise integrations, or similar strategic transformation environments strongly preferred.
  • Experience leading transformation in Oil & Gas, Energy Services, or Oilfield Equipment Manufacturing organizations strongly preferred.
  • Deep expertise in process engineering, operational excellence, business process optimization, and enterprise transformation.
  • Proven organizational change management leadership, including executive communications, stakeholder engagement, readiness, training, and user adoption.
  • Exceptional executive presence, business acumen, facilitation, communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Azure DevOps, Planview, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
  • Experience in SOX-compliant or regulated environments preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree (MBA or related discipline) preferred.
  • PMP certification strongly preferred; Prosci Change Management, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Scrum, or related certifications highly desirable.
  • Must be fully authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship or transfer.
  • Must be able to work Central Time hours and travel up to 1–2 weeks per month.
