Description

  • Lead opportunity qualification with Sales leadership by validating business drivers, enterprise readiness, and strategic fit.
  • Identify and engage executive sponsors and decision-makers to advance pursuit strategy and investment decisions.
  • Run executive-level and operational discovery workshops to document current-state workflows and systems.
  • Evaluate customer processes against Zero Touch Mobility capabilities and industry best practices.
  • Advise customers on process redesign, transformation, and optimized future-state operating models.
  • Translate approved processes into orchestration and automation workflows for the Zero Touch Mobility solution.
  • Validate end-to-end solution feasibility, scalability, governance, and delivery readiness.
  • Lead proof-of-concept and proof-of-value activities, including technical pilots and measurable validation programs.
  • Own end-to-end proposal development, including pricing, cost models, margin targets, delivery scope, governance, and resourcing.
  • Support presales-to-delivery handoff governance and continuous improvement across sales and delivery interfaces.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise consulting, or presales leadership roles.
  • Proficiency in customer-facing presentations and demonstrations with the ability to build rapport and credibility with stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to assess, redesign, and operationalize business processes.
  • Strong background in enterprise workflow, orchestration, or service management platforms.
  • Experience in enterprise mobility, MMS, SaaS, or IT Asset Management environments.
  • Track record of influencing large, strategic deals.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. for any employer without restrictions.
  • Must be based in the continental U.S.
  • Experience with the ServiceNow platform is preferred.
  • Consulting or professional services leadership background is preferred.
  • Experience supporting Fortune 1000, public sector, or regulated industries is preferred.
  • Exposure to value engineering, ROI modeling, and business case development is preferred.
  • Experience mentoring technical, sales, or consulting teams is preferred.
