Description

  • Own the success of one or more revenue tools within Samsara’s revenue stack.
  • Lead user research to identify current seller pain points and future GTM tooling needs.
  • Draft product requirements documents and wireframes aligned with business goals and automated workflows.
  • Oversee feature execution and drive usability testing with cross-functional partners.
  • Collaborate with GTMS, Sales Ops, and AI + Data Analytics teams throughout delivery.
  • Coordinate release activities, including change management, enablement, and documentation for field adoption.
  • Define and track KPIs and adoption metrics to measure business impact and guide roadmap iterations.
  • Influence the long-term strategic direction of the sales technology stack.
  • Champion Samsara’s cultural principles as the company scales globally.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of GTM tooling experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • Established subject matter expertise in GTM tooling with a history of delivering impact across multiple tools.
  • Ability to translate complex customer and business problems into clear requirements and solutions.
  • Experience leveraging AI to solve high-impact business problems.
  • Experience working across multiple teams and influencing stakeholders in a cross-functional environment.
  • Ability to operate in ambiguous, high-impact problem spaces.
  • Must reside in the US, excluding the San Francisco Bay Metro Area, NYC Metro Area, and Washington, D.C. Metro Area.
