Description

Own the end-to-end quote-to-purchase life insurance journey and align it with SoFi’s broader financial wellness mission.
Work with data scientists to streamline the application experience and reduce unnecessary user input using third-party data sources.
Run a high-velocity experimentation roadmap to improve completion rates across the application funnel.
Manage technical and business relationships with carrier partners to ensure robust, low-latency, and scalable API integrations.
Build product-led growth loops and referral mechanics to increase awareness and adoption.
Optimize the product experience for mobile devices and incorporate AI to improve document collection and verification flows.
Identify opportunities to create a seamless, high-conversion experience across SoFi’s lending and banking ecosystems.

Requirements

5–8 years of product management experience.
At least 4 years of experience in a high-growth InsurTech or FinTech environment.
Expert-level ability to use data tools such as SQL, Snowflake, and Amplitude to analyze funnel drop-off and build personalized journeys.
Experience leveraging AI tooling for prototyping.
Familiarity with FINRA, SEC, and state insurance department regulations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
A strong "get it done" attitude.
Experience working with mobile-first product experiences (preferred).
