Description

  • Partner with Account Executives to develop deep relationships across large, complex enterprise accounts.
  • Architect deals that align Samsara’s AI Products with customer use cases and business outcomes.
  • Co-develop new product pipeline with ADRs and AEs across high-potential AI-ready accounts.
  • Drive high-touch pilot strategy and define success metrics for early adoption.
  • Partner with GTM and Product teams to share customer insights and inform the roadmap.
  • Build scalable frameworks, assets, and insights to support the broader sales organization.
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles from discovery through close.
  • Lead through influence in an overlay role and support the success of the broader account team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in complex, full-cycle enterprise sales.
  • 2+ years of direct experience selling AI-based commercial models.
  • Proven quota overachievement in complex accounts with $500k+ ARR transactions.
  • Experience closing 6- and 7-figure deals involving Legal, Procurement, InfoSec, and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Experience selling version 1.0 products where the playbook is still being written.
  • Experience working in a specialist or overlay co-selling model with a mainline AE team, preferred.
  • 4+ years of direct experience selling AI-based commercial models with strong forecasting and expansion understanding, preferred.
  • Strong grasp of AI/ML concepts and how AI Products differ from standard automation, preferred.
  • Ability to work remotely in the United States.
