Description

  • Produce new training materials and maintain existing materials in line with team standards and brand guidelines.
  • Deliver engaging live and recorded training sessions for new and existing customers at small engagements and large in-person events.
  • Demonstrate expertise across the Samsara platform and answer customer questions during trainings.
  • Collaborate with the Education team and other stakeholders to shape live training content and incorporate customer feedback.
  • Consult with customers to tailor training content to their needs and organizational goals.
  • Champion Samsara’s values and operating principles as the company scales globally and across new offices.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience teaching or delivering training.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong presentation and facilitation abilities.
  • Ability to communicate complex business software processes clearly in both verbal delivery and written materials.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with people at different levels of an organization.
  • Experience delivering dynamic training at both virtual and live customer events.
  • Ability to manage your own work, teach yourself new products independently, and work without supervision or as part of a team.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
  • Strong attention to detail and polish.
  • Ability to travel 15-20% of the time.
  • Experience supporting enterprise customers across multiple regions or markets is preferred.
  • Must reside in the US except Alaska, Austin Metro, Boulder Metro, California, Chicago Metro, Connecticut, Dallas Metro, Denver Metro, Houston Metro, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Seattle Metro, and Washington, D.C.
  • Proximity to an international airport is required.
  • Relocation assistance will not be provided.
