Description

  • Design and own talent attraction programs across sourcing enablement, community partnerships, and industry events.
  • Build and pilot new AI- and automation-enabled workflows to reduce manual work and improve program scale and insight.
  • Plan and execute talent-focused events, including curated recruiting events and conference activations, with measurable hiring outcomes.
  • Build and manage Samsara’s presence in professional communities and industry networks to expand talent access for recruiters.
  • Operationalize CRM strategy across attraction efforts, including tagging, nurturing, and activating contacts and leads.
  • Define, track, and analyze program performance metrics such as event ROI, outreach conversion, and CRM engagement.
  • Translate performance data into strategic recommendations for improving talent attraction outcomes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with recruiters, HR business partners, and marketing to align programs to workforce priorities and hiring pipelines.

Requirements

  • 6–8 years of experience in recruiting program management, talent partnerships, events strategy, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ownership of programs from strategy through measurement in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience planning and executing events or partnership programs that produce measurable hiring outcomes.
  • Comfort working with CRM platforms and using data to report on program ROI and influence decisions.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
  • Self-starter mindset with comfort navigating ambiguity and building programs from scratch.
  • Experience with AI and automation tools in talent attraction is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a flexible model that may include remote, hybrid, or on-site arrangements depending on the role and location requirements.

Benefits

  • Annual base salary of $131,197 to $154,350 USD.
