Description

  • Partner with account executives to build C-suite trust and conduct deep discovery of customer business and technical needs.
  • Map the customer organization, political landscape, and value opportunities to scope high-value AI problems.
  • Define pilot scope, minimum viable product, success criteria, and timelines for FDE engagements.
  • Author the PRD and prioritize the engineering backlog for the customer solution.
  • Manage the project end to end, including scope control, stakeholder communications, and issue escalation.
  • Act as the primary hands-on QA tester and help ensure the solution meets requirements.
  • Drive agile execution across the FDE build team and unblock technical or political issues.
  • Own launch readiness, war room coordination, and post-launch iteration to achieve adoption and business value.
  • Create customer documentation and training, and define the ongoing maintenance plan.
  • Identify opportunities for the next high-value FDE engagement based on trusted-advisor relationships.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Deployment Strategist or in a high-growth startup environment in a hands-on builder or founder capacity.
  • Strong background in senior, client-facing product or delivery roles at leading technology companies or top-tier consultancies.
  • Demonstrated experience in value-based scoping, including TCO and ROI analysis.
  • Experience managing agile software projects.
  • Experience writing PRDs.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%.
  • Executive presence with superb communication skills and the ability to build rapport and drive decisions quickly.
  • Product-thinking and systems-thinking mindset with the ability to define what to build and why.
  • Relentless execution mindset and willingness to do unglamorous hands-on work to get the project done.
