Description

  • Develop and execute a data-driven customer acquisition and expansion strategy across Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, CTV, Reddit, and other emerging paid social channels.
  • Experiment with new and emerging platforms to identify growth opportunities for Mexican and Canadian audiences.
  • Adapt and localize global paid social strategies for Mexico and Canada to match local market dynamics, language, culture, and buyer behavior.
  • Own end-to-end campaign strategy and execution, including audience targeting, creative briefing, ad trafficking, performance analysis, and optimization.
  • Use A/B testing and experimentation to improve ad creative, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and messaging.
  • Leverage performance data to inform creative direction, audience segmentation, campaign structure, and bidding approaches.
  • Analyze campaign performance and present insights and strategic recommendations to marketing leadership.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing Ops, Demand Generation, Field Marketing, Customer Marketing, Brand Marketing, and broader Americas Marketing teams to build integrated campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate budget tracking and pacing, and proactively flag risks and opportunities.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure proper UTM tagging, CRM integration, and attribution across programs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Paid Social, with expertise across Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and CTV.
  • Experience with Reddit or other emerging social platforms is a strong plus.
  • Experience managing paid social budgets across Mexico and/or Canada, with understanding of the local media landscape, platform behavior, and audience dynamics.
  • Experience building campaigns and ads directly in platform-native tools such as Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Ads for YouTube.
  • Experience working with high-growth SaaS products and a deep understanding of the B2B sales funnel.
  • Familiarity with the B2B MarTech stack, including Salesforce and Marketo.
  • Experience trafficking ads, implementing tracking tags in Google Tag Manager, and understanding server-side tracking and first-party data strategies.
  • Results-oriented and data-driven, using both qualitative and quantitative insights to guide decisions and prioritize roadmaps.
  • Proven ability to build paid social channels from the ground up and scale them to significant spend levels.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and creative teams.
  • High ownership and accountability, with experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience working with all company segments across the Americas (preferred).
  • Deep understanding of B2B attribution models and the non-linear buyer journey, especially for video and social-first channels (preferred).
  • Familiarity with CTV buying strategies, programmatic social, and platform-specific audience solutions such as LinkedIn Matched Audiences, Meta Advantage+, and Reddit interest targeting (preferred).

  • Annual base salary of CAD $118,575 to $153,450.
