Description

  • Source, engage, and convert candidates through fully self-generated recruiting pipelines.
  • Deliver high-quality targeted recruiting pipelines across the UK, France, Germany, and the Netherlands.
  • Own funnel metrics including response rates, passthrough rates, and talent market mapping.
  • Partner with GTM and sales leaders to align on hiring strategy and workforce needs.
  • Conduct structured sales assessments and evaluate candidate discovery and sales methodology.
  • Act as a rigorous gatekeeper to ensure only top candidates progress through the process.
  • Use recruiting tools such as HireEZ, Juicebox, and LinkedIn Recruiter to support sourcing efforts.
  • Advise stakeholders as a consultative talent partner rather than an order-taker.
  • Iterate on sourcing, outreach, and screening based on performance data.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of in-house SaaS sales recruiting experience in a high-talent-bar GTM organization.
  • Prior agency recruiting experience with a strong hunter mindset and resilience.
  • Proven experience closing requisitions in the UK and at least one other European market.
  • Ability to conduct deep-dive sales assessments and evaluate structured candidate performance.
  • Comfort working in a data-driven recruiting environment with conversion and market mapping metrics.
  • Familiarity with sourcing and recruiting tools such as HireEZ, Juicebox, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Strong technical acumen and understanding of sales hiring standards.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, quarterly paced recruiting environment (preferred).
  • Ability to work across international markets and support hiring needs in multiple countries.
