Description

  • Architect enablement strategies to close performance gaps within the Renewals organization.
  • Develop and implement change management programs that keep Renewals Account Executives productive through the renewal cycle.
  • Create and deliver training materials, messaging, and playbooks for the field.
  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert for Renewals enablement and training.
  • Partner with Renewals Strategy to turn at-risk insights into actionable intervention playbooks.
  • Represent the learning and development needs of the Renewals team across the broader business to secure investment.
  • Champion Samsara’s core values as the company scales globally.
  • Work with cross-functional partners in Revenue Ops, Sales, Customer Success, and IT to ensure adoption of renewal methodology.
  • Build repeatable programs and scalable enablement sessions from successful one-off saves and pitches.
  • Coach field teams and sales leadership on new processes, tools, and intervention strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year university.
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Program Management, or a related field, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Prior quota-carrying experience in a sales or account management role, with enterprise or technical sales preferred.
  • Proven ability to coach sales leadership as change agents and drive adoption of new processes and tools.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical product features through customer impact.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority workstreams simultaneously.
  • Remote location in North America.
  • Deep experience working in fast-paced, change-heavy environments where priorities shift quickly (preferred).
  • Ability to balance and align the needs of multiple cross-functional leaders across Sales, Ops, and IT (preferred).
  • Direct experience with Lessonly, Showpad, and/or Jira (preferred).
  • Ability to create or translate learning content into French or Spanish (preferred).
  • Natural coaching and mentoring ability in both one-on-one and group settings (preferred).
