Description

  • Develop executive-level relationships within your territory.
  • Own customer engagements end-to-end from prospecting and qualification through close.
  • Lead solution-based sales processes in complex sales campaigns.
  • Strategically outbound prospect to generate new opportunities.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders, POCs, and multi-faceted pricing negotiations.
  • Sell to executives and CXOs.
  • Champion and embed Samsara’s cultural principles as the company scales globally.
  • Build and maintain genuine customer relationships over time.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a full-cycle, closing sales role.
  • Experience selling full-cycle sales into complex environments, preferably in Public Sector accounts such as Local Government, K-12, or Higher Education.
  • Strong track record of overachieving quota.
  • Experience with cold calling, outreach generation, and relationship building.
  • Solid understanding of SFDC and accurate forecasting methodology.
  • Ability to travel up to twice per quarter for on-site visits.
  • Experience with selling large, complex deals is preferred.
  • Awards or recognition for top achievement, such as President’s Club, Winner’s Circle, or Top 10%.
