Description

  • Maintain and deliver the EMEA localisation programme during the maternity cover period.
  • Work across the marketing team and internal stakeholders to support localisation needs for key initiatives.
  • Manage website localisation initiatives and vendor coordination for digital and traditional localisation.
  • Manage the localisation budget and control costs effectively.
  • Ensure accuracy and quality of translated materials.
  • Track and report localisation performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Use data-driven decision making to keep localisation projects on track.
  • Keep momentum on in-flight localisation work, including scaled translation process improvements.
  • Manage relationships with localisation vendors and maintain awareness of alternative vendors.
  • Champion Samsara’s cultural principles across the team.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in localisation and/or project management.
  • Strong track record of managing localisation programmes in fast-paced environments.
  • Thorough understanding of translation and localisation digital platforms.
  • Ability to earn stakeholder confidence quickly and influence effectively.
  • Ability to identify, track, and present metrics for localisation project success.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication and presentation skills.
  • Available to start as soon as possible, ideally from 24 August 2026, and commit to the full 9-month term.
  • Experience using Smartling (preferred).
  • Experience in the B2B tech space (preferred).
  • Experience managing vendors and agencies (preferred).
  • Experience working on regional campaigns (preferred).

  • Annual base salary of £40,375–£47,500 GBP.
