Description

  • Manage end-to-end AV and workplace technology projects from initiation through project closeout.
  • Gather business and technical requirements from stakeholders and client teams.
  • Develop project scopes, budgets, cost estimates, Statements of Work, and implementation plans.
  • Coordinate with engineering, design, procurement, vendors, and internal project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage project schedules, milestones, risks, budgets, forecasts, and change requests.
  • Facilitate project kick-offs, stakeholder meetings, executive reviews, and status updates.
  • Lead vendor engagements, RFP activities, bid evaluations, and commercial discussions.
  • Review floor plans, technical designs, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and workplace technology solutions.
  • Coordinate deployment of enterprise AV systems, meeting room technologies, Zoom Rooms, digital signage, IPTV, and network-enabled AV devices.
  • Conduct site inspections and manage project handovers, documentation completion, stakeholder sign-offs, and closure activities.

Requirements

  • 8-15 years of project management experience in IT Infrastructure, Workplace Technology, Audio Visual (AV), Smart Building, or related environments.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise workplace technology and AV deployments.
  • Strong understanding of audio-visual technologies, collaboration platforms, and workplace technology solutions.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project planning, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and resource management skills.
  • Experience working with vendors, procurement teams, and third-party system integrators.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience managing project governance, risk management, and change control processes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and project management tools.
  • Preferred: experience delivering enterprise AV, Unified Communications, Smart Office, or Workplace Modernization projects.
  • Preferred: familiarity with Zoom Rooms, Digital Signage, IPTV, and collaboration technologies.
  • Preferred: experience supporting office fit-outs, workplace relocations, or workplace transformation initiatives.
  • Preferred: experience working with global clients and cross-functional international teams.
  • Preferred: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
  • Preferred: bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
