Description

  • Manage customer deployments of Samsara technology and own the customer relationship through implementation.
  • Lead solution workshops to define business processes and implementation plans.
  • Guide customers through change management, including policy, communications, and training.
  • Run training sessions, demonstrate the product, and help resolve obstacles for executives and end users.
  • Juggle multiple customer engagements in parallel while coordinating cross-functionally to deliver a strong customer experience.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product throughout the customer journey.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an implementation consultant, project manager, or onboarding role.
  • Enterprise SaaS and hardware experience preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting or working with technical products.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to follow methodologies.
  • Experience with end-to-end system implementations.
  • Experience managing more than 20 implementations or projects at a time.
  • Proven ability to build trust and communicate effectively with executives, Product and Engineering leadership, and day-to-day users.
  • Fluency in English and German, spoken and written, is required.
  • Change management delivery experience preferred.
  • Experience using AI or automation in customer success workflows to improve productivity is preferred.
