Description

  • Own the customer relationship through deployment, onboarding, adoption, advocacy, and renewal for enterprise customers.
  • Manage implementations of Samsara technology for large-scale customers and help them achieve quick time to value.
  • Create launch plans and roadmaps to drive product usage and adoption.
  • Track implementation progress, participation, product adoption, and account health.
  • Run training sessions and demonstrate the platform to executives and day-to-day users across multiple use cases.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product to deliver a strong customer experience.
  • Juggle multiple customer engagements in parallel while maintaining high-quality execution.
  • Mentor the broader Customer Success and Support teams.
  • Understand the capabilities of the Samsara platform deeply and explain them to different customer audiences.
  • Champion Samsara’s cultural principles while working globally across new offices.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role.
  • Enterprise SaaS experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting or working with technical products.
  • Excellent consultative skills with experience in end-to-end system implementations.
  • Proven ability to build trust and communicate effectively with executives, Product and Engineering leadership, and end users.
  • Strong priority management and high emotional intelligence.
  • Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues.
  • Passion for initiative and thriving in a fast-paced, change-heavy environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution.
  • Experience serving and supporting large-scale business solutions at Fortune 500 companies is preferred.
  • Strong bias for action, ability to think big, and insistence on high standards are preferred.
