Description

  • Collaborate with account teams and GTM leadership to design and execute engagement strategies across assigned accounts and territory.
  • Partner with an Account Executive to co-plan and drive a strategy for the product line within targeted accounts.
  • Develop and deliver presentations, demos, and customer-facing assets that support adoption decisions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and technical champion to build credibility with stakeholders and influence product vision.
  • Enable clients through workshops and customer-facing collateral that increases technical understanding and thought leadership.
  • Influence product roadmap by translating field feedback and data-driven insights into recommendations for Product and Engineering teams.
  • Act as the tier-3 escalation point for complex technical issues and help ensure customer success in mission-critical environments.
  • Collaborate with Global System Integrators and third-party consulting organizations to improve customer outcomes.
  • Support clients with solutions spanning transactional systems, Big Data, Lakehouse, and AI ecosystems.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of transactional database (OLTP) experience across engineering, product development, administration, and pre-sales.
  • 6+ years in a customer-facing pre-sales or consulting role influencing technical executives and product adoption.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering client-facing solutions.
  • Experience architecting solutions that integrate transactional data systems with Big Data, Lakehouse, and AI ecosystems.
  • Infrastructure, platform, and administration experience in disaster recovery, high availability, backup and recovery, scale-out methods, identity and security management, and migrations.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python for programming, debugging, and problem-solving.
  • Hands-on experience building solutions in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Broad experience across two or more of data engineering, data warehousing, AI, ML, governance, transactional systems, app development, and streaming.
  • Undergraduate degree or higher in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or a similar technical field.
  • Experience collaborating with GSIs and third-party consulting organizations.
  • Ability to drive complex projects to completion in fast-paced, customer-facing environments.
  • Credibility influencing OLTP products and helping shape roadmap priorities is preferred.
