Description

  • Work directly with customers, including executives, project managers, and IT teams, to understand needs and guide technical engagements.
  • Translate business needs into business and technical requirements.
  • Design observability solutions spanning visualization, workflows, migrations, and enterprise-scale architecture.
  • Lead functional workshops, document requirements, and define solution approaches and methodologies.
  • Provide hands-on technical consulting, training, jumpstart support, and white-glove onboarding and implementation assistance.
  • Act as a trusted technical partner during critical project phases to ensure roadmap alignment and successful delivery.
  • Advocate for standards and best practices across customer implementations.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Support, and Professional Services to surface issues and influence product improvements.
  • Stay current on Grafana Labs, observability, and related technologies.
  • Help unblock teams, manage timelines, and accelerate customer delivery outcomes.

Requirements

  • Must be located in the Netherlands.
  • 5+ years of experience working on deployment teams using project management techniques.
  • Direct experience with observability (o11y).
  • Experience with best practices for deploying and using an observability stack, including visualization, alerting, metrics, logs, and traces.
  • Preferably experience with Grafana products, including Grafana, Prometheus/Cortex/Enterprise Metrics, Loki/Enterprise Logs, Jaeger, and Tempo.
  • Proven track record delivering customer projects, preferably enterprise observability implementations for large customers.
  • Excellent communication skills for working with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, including kubectl and Helm; Tanka is preferred.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.
  • Self-starter mindset and ability to quickly learn new skills and technologies (bonus).
