Description

  • Lead multiple implementation projects simultaneously from kickoff through delivery, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
  • Manage end-to-end technical implementation projects for new and existing customers, coordinating cross-functional execution.
  • Build project plans, track progress, identify risks, and run post-project debriefs to improve delivery and customer health.
  • Guide clients through technical decisions related to integrations, user management, and data structures.
  • Translate technical and business requirements into solutions aligned with client goals and platform capabilities.
  • Proactively identify project and technical risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Document best practices, templates, and reusable assets, and contribute insights from retrospectives to improve team workflows.
  • Deliver a strong client experience by managing expectations, maintaining communication, and building trusted relationships with stakeholders.
  • Partner with Customer Success and other internal teams to support a smooth handoff, adoption, and potential expansion opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow established processes throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, ideally at the enterprise level.
  • Experience working with HR, Education, or similar systems is strongly preferred.
  • Experience managing client relationships and high-stakes, high-visibility projects.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Asana, Salesforce, Harvest, or similar project/resource management platforms.
  • Strong understanding of platform architecture, integration best practices, implementation best practices, and project management methodology.
  • Ability to balance multiple projects and competing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to lead without authority.
