Description

  • Provide comprehensive operational support to the enterprise sales organization, including account and opportunity management and support case responses.
  • Solve time-sensitive sales pain points in the moment to help move deals to close.
  • Own enforcement of sales processes and policies across the sales organization.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to support sales deals and implement new initiatives.
  • Administer and help maintain sales tools, including Salesforce.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple sales tasks under time pressure and ambiguous situations.
  • Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles across the sales organization as it scales.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Comfortable working under time pressure and in ambiguous situations
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changes in the workplace environment
  • Ability to multitask and organize multiple priorities at once
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • 2-3+ years of Sales Support or equivalent experience (preferred)
  • 2-3+ years working with Salesforce (preferred)
  • This is a remote position open to candidates residing in Mexico
