Description

  • Work closely with customers after implementation to understand their fleet, business model, and goals.
  • Develop joint success plans with customers, including objectives, metrics, timelines, and barrier removal.
  • Lead executive business reviews with customer decision-makers and Samsara leadership.
  • Run customer workshops to assess current operations and recommend workflow improvements.
  • Explain Samsara platform capabilities to a wide range of industries and customer types.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product.
  • Mentor and support the broader Customer Success and Support teams.
  • Champion Samsara’s cultural principles while helping the company scale globally.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting.
  • Enterprise SaaS experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
  • Strong priority management and high emotional intelligence for a high-visibility role.
  • Hands-on experience supporting or working with technical products.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Proven ability to build trust and communicate effectively with executives, Product and Engineering leadership, and end users.
  • Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when handling customer issues.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, change-heavy, unstructured environment.
  • Experience serving large-scale business solutions at Fortune 500 companies preferred.
