Description

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting across GTM functions, including sourcing, referrals, research, events, and social media outreach.
  • Build diverse candidate pipelines and engage passive candidates with creative sourcing strategies.
  • Partner with hiring leaders to understand team needs, goals, and hiring priorities.
  • Organize interview debriefs and drive offer approval, extension, and negotiation.
  • Use data to analyze searches, identify trends, and unblock recruiting challenges.
  • Tailor written and verbal communication to different audiences and situations.
  • Manage stakeholders by setting expectations, identifying friction points, and driving issue resolution.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies and marketing programs to support diversity hiring goals.
  • Track pipeline data and maintain accurate records in Greenhouse and other recruiting tools.
  • Champion Samsara’s cultural principles across the hiring process.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience creating, measuring, and scaling workflows between candidates, hiring managers, and recruiting teams.
  • Proven strategic sourcing skills.
  • Ability to represent Samsara professionally both internally and externally.
  • Target-driven, detail-oriented, approachable, and collaborative.
  • Previous tech recruiting experience preferred.
  • Experience with Greenhouse or an equivalent ATS.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • This role is open to candidates residing in the US except the San Francisco Bay Metro Area, NYC Metro Area, and Washington, D.C. Metro Area.

  • Annual base salary of $83,538 to $126,360 USD.
