Description

  • Align customer and internal stakeholders on the primary sources of value delivered by Samsara’s products.
  • Support existing Public Sector customers by quantifying realized value and identifying opportunities for additional business impact.
  • Conduct quantitative analysis, build ROI models, and manage trials to demonstrate value at scale.
  • Advise customers on change management, technology implementation, customer experience, and other program-success best practices.
  • Present insights and recommendations to customer executives and senior internal stakeholders.
  • Lead Business Value initiatives that improve operational excellence, engagement quality, and value adoption across the organization.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to grow revenue and expand enterprise business.
  • Champion Samsara’s cultural principles as the company scales globally and across new offices.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in management consulting, value engineering, finance, and/or business operations.
  • Strong aptitude for complex problem solving using modeling, including advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and G-Suite skills.
  • Proven ability to build deep, empathetic working relationships with customers, clients, and internal teams.
  • Structured thinker with strong attention to detail and a focus on value.
  • Self-starter who enjoys owning projects and thrives in an unstructured, change-heavy environment.
  • Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and driving results.
  • Strong quantitative, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience in fleet management, IoT devices, or B2B software is a nice to have.
  • Experience working with executives in transportation, field services, energy, or public sector industries is a nice to have.
