Description

  • Lead Supply Chain Planning workstreams in client-focused international projects.
  • Act as a functional and solution expert advising customers and delivering results.
  • Plan, design, and implement complex SCM transformation projects across the full project life cycle.
  • Contribute to business development, including request for information responses, proposal submissions, and presentations.
  • Support the development of the practice through service offering development, training, and knowledge management.
  • Evaluate existing supply chain processes and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Lead the implementation of supply chain solutions aligned with client goals and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with teams across a global, multi-location consulting environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of IBP and/or Kinaxis implementation experience in roles such as Functional Lead, Solution Architect, or SME, or equivalent industry-side experience.
  • Minimum 7 years of consulting experience in Supply Chain Planning across forecasting, demand planning, S&OP, supply planning, production planning, or SC Control Tower.
  • Experience working in leading IT consulting companies.
  • Strong expertise in at least one leading supply chain planning tool, especially SAP IBP and/or Kinaxis.
  • Background with SAP and/or Kinaxis software vendors is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including demand planning, inventory management, and production scheduling.
  • Experience delivering complex SCM transformation projects end to end.
  • Experience in Manufacturing, CPG, and/or Life Science is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in English; a second language such as German or French is ideal.
  • Broad business skills including stakeholder management, problem-solving, resilience, and willingness to travel.
  • Experience gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating information for different audiences.
  • SAP IBP or Kinaxis certification is a plus.
  • Familiarity with other supply chain management software is preferred.
