Description

Lead Supply Chain Planning workstreams in client-focused international projects.
Act as a functional and solution expert advising customers and delivering results.
Plan, design, and implement complex SCM transformation projects across the full project life cycle.
Contribute to business development, including request for information responses, proposal submissions, and presentations.
Support the development of the practice through service offering development, training, and knowledge management.
Evaluate existing supply chain processes and identify improvement opportunities.
Lead the implementation of supply chain solutions aligned with client goals and industry standards.
Collaborate with teams across a global, multi-location consulting environment.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of IBP and/or Kinaxis implementation experience in roles such as Functional Lead, Solution Architect, or SME, or equivalent industry-side experience.
Minimum 7 years of consulting experience in Supply Chain Planning across forecasting, demand planning, S&OP, supply planning, production planning, or SC Control Tower.
Experience working in leading IT consulting companies.
Strong expertise in at least one leading supply chain planning tool, especially SAP IBP and/or Kinaxis.
Background with SAP and/or Kinaxis software vendors is preferred.
Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including demand planning, inventory management, and production scheduling.
Experience delivering complex SCM transformation projects end to end.
Experience in Manufacturing, CPG, and/or Life Science is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in English; a second language such as German or French is ideal.
Broad business skills including stakeholder management, problem-solving, resilience, and willingness to travel.
Experience gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating information for different audiences.
SAP IBP or Kinaxis certification is a plus.
Familiarity with other supply chain management software is preferred.
