Description

  • Implement and support Acumatica ERP for construction and project-based organizations.
  • Lead requirements-gathering sessions and translate business needs into system configurations.
  • Perform solution design, system configuration, testing, data migration support, training, and go-live activities.
  • Provide post-go-live support and help clients optimize system usage.
  • Identify and resolve functional challenges in collaboration with internal technical and consulting teams.
  • Follow established implementation methodologies and best practices.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to project leadership.
  • Build expertise in functional areas such as finance, distribution, and construction/project accounting.
  • Facilitate client meetings and working sessions with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Produce accurate documentation and support less experienced team members when appropriate.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of experience as an Acumatica Consultant, Power User, or functional ERP professional.
  • Hands-on Acumatica implementation or support experience is required.
  • Experience supporting construction or project-based accounting environments is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of ERP fundamentals, including finance, distribution, and project accounting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, MIS, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in a client-facing or consulting environment is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently within a team structure.
  • Professional presence and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Acumatica certifications are preferred, or a willingness to obtain them.
  • Experience with a consulting firm, reseller, or as a controller/senior accountant is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% within the U.S. and Canada.

Benefits

  • Base salary starting around $110,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • On-target earnings up to $135,000 annually.
  • Variable performance incentives tied to utilization targets and customer satisfaction performance.
  • Compensation commensurate with experience, certifications, and demonstrated expertise.
  • Remote full-time consulting role.
