Description

  • Provide coaching services to clients through Sama's platform.
  • Focus on delivering pure coaching while Sama handles business-side operations.
  • Support clients in achieving results and improving engagement.
  • Manage coaching availability and decide how many hours to contribute to the platform.
  • Participate in the multi-step recruitment and assessment process.
  • Demonstrate coaching style in a live coaching assessment.
  • Build trust and rapport with coachees during sessions.
  • Use active listening, powerful questioning, and action-oriented coaching approaches.
  • End sessions with reflection, next steps, and accountability.

Requirements

  • Coaching credential equivalent to the ACC with the International Coach Federation.
  • 3+ years of professional coaching experience after completing training.
  • Experience coaching corporate clients.
  • 10+ years of professional experience.
  • Alignment with Sama's mission and values.
  • Ability to coach in Spanish, French, or Portuguese in North America is a bonus and will be prioritized.
  • Willingness to complete a 30-minute screening call, in-depth coaching review, live coaching demo, reference checks, and background checks.
