Description

  • Lead community engagement efforts by organizing webinars, events, and content that foster connection and collaboration among coaches.
  • Keep the coach community informed about new features and best practices aligned with Sama’s mission.
  • Develop workshops, webinars, training sessions, and other initiatives that leverage coaches’ experience and expertise.
  • Collaborate with the Growth team to shape strategies for introducing new products to clients.
  • Coordinate with coaches to execute client growth and product introduction strategies.
  • Use data and analytics to monitor usage, coach performance, and engagement trends.
  • Proactively develop strategies to increase engagement and sustain high performance across the community.
  • Share insights with Marketing, Product, and Sales to inform product development and growth opportunities.
  • Support clients by advising on development program design and how Sama’s offerings can support their goals.

Requirements

  • Corporate HR experience, preferably in financial services, professional services, or a similar industry.
  • Extensive experience and knowledge in learning and development (L&D).
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a startup, as a freelancer, or as a consultant.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver high-quality output.
  • Self-starter with an ownership mindset.
  • Knowledge of executive coaching is beneficial.
  • Experience sourcing coaching, training, and development services is a plus.
  • This is not a coaching role.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Proactive problem-solving approach with strong curiosity and a bias for action.
  • Open, trustworthy, accountable, and comfortable taking on leadership responsibilities when needed.
