Description

  • Build and maintain training and inference pipelines for character AI agents, including LLM/SLM orchestration and swarm-based architectures.
  • Deploy and operate AI agents across social media platforms such as Instagram, X, WhatsApp, and TikTok.
  • Develop tooling that lets studios and creators customize agent personality, lore, brand guidelines, and behavioral guardrails.
  • Improve feedback loops for agent training and performance, including fine-tuning, reward models, RLHF, and RLAIF.
  • Architect and scale infrastructure for agent deployments, including support for multimodal capabilities such as text, voice, video, and livestreaming.
  • Contribute to the agentic commerce platform by enabling transactions, product recommendations, and payment-system interactions.
  • Implement safety and content moderation systems to keep agent behavior appropriate across user interactions.
  • Collaborate with studio partners to translate creative direction into training parameters and behavioral specifications.
  • Monitor agent performance, engagement metrics, and behavioral drift in production.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of backend or ML engineering experience with hands-on production deployment of AI/ML models.
  • Experience with LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and inference optimization.
  • Strong proficiency in Python; Golang experience is a plus.
  • Experience building and operating API services and data pipelines at scale.
  • Familiarity with reinforcement learning techniques such as RLHF and reward modeling, or with agent framework development.
  • Understanding of multi-model architectures that orchestrate multiple models or agents on shared tasks.
  • Experience deploying applications that integrate with third-party platforms and APIs, including social media, messaging, or commerce systems.
  • Strong systems thinking with the ability to reason about distributed systems, scaling, and reliability.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Preferred: experience with character AI, conversational AI, or NPC behavior systems.
  • Preferred: background in gaming, entertainment, or media technology.
  • Preferred: experience with multimodal AI such as voice, image, or video generation/processing.
  • Preferred: familiarity with blockchain infrastructure, on-chain payments, or crypto-native commerce.
  • Preferred: experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or agent-to-agent communication protocols.
  • Preferred: understanding of content safety, trust & safety systems, or responsible AI practices.
  • Preferred: contributions to open-source AI/ML projects.
