Description

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SEO professionals.
  • Set performance expectations, KPIs, and objectives for team members.
  • Provide ongoing guidance, constructive feedback, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and track department-wide metrics and report progress to senior management.
  • Oversee keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO audits, and link-building initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SEO work with broader marketing goals.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to improve team capability and performance.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of hands-on SEO experience in a high-growth marketing agency environment.
  • 3+ years of people leadership and management experience.
  • Experience managing or leading an SEO team.
  • In-depth understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing SEO trends and algorithms.
  • Base salary range of $90,000 to $100,000, plus potential bonuses and benefits.
