Description

  • Write, edit, and optimize blog posts, articles, web copy, and other content formats for multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Apply SEO best practices such as keyword usage, on-page optimization, meta descriptions, and internal linking.
  • Research topics thoroughly to ensure accuracy, depth, and relevance for each client audience.
  • Adapt tone, voice, and style to match different client brands and industries.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to align content with business goals and content briefs.
  • Use AI tools to support the content creation process while maintaining quality and originality.
  • Meet deadlines consistently while managing multiple projects and priorities.
  • Incorporate feedback and revisions professionally and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal strategists and project managers on content planning and account strategy.
  • Provide recommendations for content improvements and expansion opportunities.
  • Report to the managing editor on account health, content performance, and team development needs.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of professional content writing experience.
  • Experience writing for multiple clients or stakeholders at the same time.
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content structure for search.
  • Ability to research and write about a variety of topics and industries.
  • Experience incorporating editorial feedback and revising content based on client or team input.
  • Strong writing fundamentals, including grammar, clarity, structure, and storytelling.
  • Comfort with project management tools, with TeamWork experience preferred.
  • Comfort with using AI tools as part of the content workflow.
  • Detail-oriented with strong time-management and organizational skills.
  • Clear, professional communication style, especially for client-facing correspondence.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently on assigned projects.
  • Experience with content marketing or agency environments is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Search Console is strongly preferred.
  • Background writing across multiple industries or verticals is strongly preferred.

Benefits

  • Salary of $55,000–$60,000 depending on experience.
  • Health, vision, and dental insurance.
  • 2 weeks of PTO, plus typical bonus PTO between Christmas and New Year’s.
